Some examples of work done:

  • Retail : Recommended ideal product mix for each retail store, through customers profiling and spending habits (i.e demographic analysis, transaction volumes, average shopping basket size, product category).

  • Chemical : With a combination of data analysis and interviews conduct with the commercial team, we were able to map out a SWOT analysis of the business, with key takeaways to the Management on potential focus category for growth.

  • IT solution : Conducted over 100 telephone interviews, speaking with key decision makers of over 70 companies, to help a patent monitoring solution provider understand the attractiveness of the market. We helped to uncover for the clients who are the key contacts, product functionalities, price points, likelihood to switch supplier and current key contractual obligations their customers have with their competitors.
