Ad-hoc : One-off, exclusive engagement that aims to address any pertinent and immediate challenges.
Periodic : Regular interactions to keep abreast of latest developments, such as Actual vs Budget tracking, Process Review, Strategic Planning. Total flexibility on the frequency of interaction; it can be monthly, quarterly or annually.
Retainer : Most preferred engagement model, where we serve as a "natural extension" of our customers, providing a regular, independent perspective on strategic matters.
